JOSE L. MUNOZ

José Louis Muñoz was born and raised in New Braunfels. His maternal grandfather founded the First Presbyterian Church in 1931. Pastor Joe attended Presbyterian Pan American School in Kingsville. And attended one year at Schreiner University in Kerrville. Graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Elementary Education with certification in Bilingual Education. Retired from NBISD after 32 years. Received Commission Ruling Elder certification in 2016. He is currently the pastor of FPCNB.
